During our normal operations, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date order is placed. Please click above for up to date lead times. If the free shipping option is selected, orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Other shipping options are available including expedited, 2nd day and overnight delivery. We know you need these fast and are equipped to handle the demands of today's logistics professionals. If you have any specific questions regarding your shipping needs, please contact us prior to ordering.
Return Information
If you feel the order you received is defective, please contact us at 812-936-7446 or email us to speak with a customer service representative about the issue. All stock items (I.E 'NOT FOR HIRE') can be returned for a refund of the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns on stock items are accepted no later than 14 days of your package delivery date. You will need an RA number to begin a return. If a graphics installation is botched or doesn't go as expected, please let us know and we will work with you to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before we begin production, or after a proof has been sent for review are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We go to production very quickly on DOT signs, sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes from receiving your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
